ZenithTerms of Service

These terms cover your use of the Zenith app and this website. Zenith is built and run by Dylan, an independent developer in the United States ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Zenith, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Who can use Zenith
You must be at least 18 years old. Zenith is currently offered only in the United States.
Your account
Give accurate sign-up details and keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at hello@dylgoon.work if you think someone else has accessed it.
Your content
Your tasks, goals and anything else you add stay yours. You let us store, process and display them only to run Zenith for you, including sending them to our AI provider when you use an AI feature, as the Privacy Policy describes.
AI features
AI-generated tasks and schedules are suggestions and can be wrong or incomplete. Review them before you rely on them. Zenith shows you a preview and changes nothing until you confirm.
Acceptable use
Don't use Zenith to break the law, to harm or harass anyone, or to store content you have no right to. Don't try to access other people's data, probe or disrupt our systems, get around usage limits, or use automated means to overload the service.
Early access
Zenith is new and still changing. Features may be added, changed or removed, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. Zenith is currently free. If we introduce paid features, we'll show the price and ask before you're charged.
Ending your use
You can stop using Zenith and delete your account from the Profile tab at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk.
Disclaimers
Zenith is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that a reminder will always arrive on time, so don't rely on Zenith alone for anything critical.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of Zenith. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it, or $50 if that's more.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we'll update the date above, and for significant changes we'll tell you in the app or by email before they apply. Continuing to use Zenith after that means you accept the new terms.
